Cowan at Great Lakes Exposition, 1936-36?

I am trying to determine if either Cowan pieces or Cowan artists were involved in some way with Cleveland's Great Lakes Exposition that took place during the summers of 1936 and 1937. I have contacted the Western Reserve Historical Society, and they have checked the souvenir programs of both summers and found no mention of Cowan. I'm not entirely satisfied with this answer. For example, I know that Elizabeth Andersen worked on a 13' sculpture for the Sherwin Williams pavilion at the Great Lakes Expo in 1937. Does anyone have any other information to add to this?
